Damages, Misprints, and Wrong Items

We want you to love your order! Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
Please contact us at vertebabe@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item if:
  • The garment is physically damaged, torn, or defective.
  • The print quality is blurry, misaligned, or visibly flawed.
  • You received the wrong size, color, or design compared to what you ordered.
To help us resolve this quickly for you, please include your order number and attach clear photos of the issue/defect in your email and we will issue you a refund.

Returns

  • Custom Made-to-Order: Every item is individually printed upon purchase. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect sizing choices.
  • Check Your Size: Please review our size charts carefully on each product page before completing your checkout
